These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PadelScore mobile app and website at padelscore.agentiq.codes (the “Service”), operated from Indonesia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is offensive or infringing.
3. Free plan & PadelScore Pro
The Service offers a free plan and a paid subscription (“PadelScore Pro”). The free plan allows creating one match per rolling 7-day period. New accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial; when it ends the account reverts to the free plan unless you subscribe.
Pricing & billing
- Monthly: Rp 25.000 per month. Yearly: Rp 200.000 per year.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by the platform where you subscribe: through Google Play on Android, through the Apple App Store on iOS, or by our payment provider Xendit (credit card / QRIS) on the website.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Cancellation
- Android (Google Play): manage or cancel anytime in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Google’s terms and refund policy apply to purchases made through Google Play.
- iOS (App Store): manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple’s terms and refund policy apply to purchases made through the App Store.
- Web: manage your subscription from your profile; payment-provider terms apply to web payments.
- Except where required by law (or by the applicable store’s policy), payments are non-refundable and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.
We may change prices or plan features; we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the session data and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example showing scores to other players in a shared session or via a public results link you choose to share).
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the PadelScore name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as allowed by these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelScore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Indonesia.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
