This Privacy Policy explains how PadelScore (“PadelScore”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PadelScore mobile app and website at padelscore.agentiq.codes (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Who we are
PadelScore is a live padel scoring and social-play matchmaking service operated from Indonesia. For any privacy question or request, contact us at padelscore@agentiq.codes.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — your name, email address, and (optionally) a username, gender, and avatar colour. Gender, if provided, is used only to seed mixed-gender match formats.
- Sign-in information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and basic profile from Google. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name (shared once, at your first sign-in) and your email address — or Apple’s private relay address if you chose to hide it. If you sign in by email, we send a one-time magic link to your address.
- Gameplay content — the sessions, matches, scores, players, clubs, and friend connections you create or take part in, and your PadelScore rating.
Information collected automatically
- Device & push tokens — if you enable notifications, we store a push token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can notify you when a round is ready or a session finishes.
- Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
Subscription & payment information
When you subscribe to PadelScore Pro, payments are processed by our payment providers — Xendit on the web (credit card / QRIS), Google Play Billing on Android, and Apple’s App Store billing on iOS. We store your subscription status, plan, and period, but we never receive or store your full card number or banking credentials — those are handled by the payment provider.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To provide the core features — scoring, matchmaking, leaderboards, friends, and clubs.
- To send session-related push notifications you have enabled.
- To process and manage your Pro subscription.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service:
- Google — sign-in, Google Play billing, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push).
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store billing (iOS).
- Xendit — web payment processing.
- RevenueCat — managing and validating in-app subscriptions (Google Play and the App Store).
- Email & hosting providers — to deliver sign-in emails and host the Service.
Other players can see information you make part of a shared session (for example your display name and scores), and a public results link, if you share one, is viewable by anyone who has the link.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data as described in our Account & Data Deletion page, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (such as payment records), which we retain only as long as required.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can request deletion of your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). To exercise any right, email padelscore@agentiq.codes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
We operate from Indonesia and your data may be processed there and by our service providers in other countries. By using the Service you consent to this processing.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
