This page explains how to delete your PadelScore account and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to accounts created on the PadelScore apps (Android and iOS) and website (padelscore.agentiq.codes).
How to delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, directly in the app or on the website — deletion takes effect immediately:
- Sign in and open your Profile.
- Tap Delete my account (near the bottom of the page).
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted right away and you are signed out everywhere.
If you can no longer sign in, email padelscore@agentiq.codes with the subject “Delete my PadelScore account”, from the email address registered to your account so we can verify the request. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data, including:
- Your profile — name, email, username, gender, avatar, and PadelScore rating.
- Your sign-in links (Google / Apple) and all signed-in devices.
- Sessions, matches, and scores you own, your clubs, and your friend connections.
- Your registered push-notification device tokens.
- Your subscription entitlement record.
Matches you played in sessions owned by other players remain part of their session history, shown under your display name only — no longer linked to any account.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need, for example:
- Payment & transaction records kept for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, retained only for the period required by law.
- Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you (for example overall usage statistics).
- Records we must keep to detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Subscriptions — cancel before you delete
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. If you subscribed on Android, cancel it first in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on iOS, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your profile. Otherwise the subscription may continue to renew with the store.
